City: Swing Set Cost Due to Safety

The City of Fayetteville is willing to pay nearly $70,000 in taxpayer funds to build an ADA accessible swing set in a neighborhood park. But why? City officials say it's due to safety regulation requirements, but some residents we talked to aren't sure they would be willing to pay that much to play.

After putting in a controversial paid parking system in Fayetteville, I had viewers contact me about difficulty appealing tickets and the subjective nature of the appeals process. I decided to look into just how easy/difficult it was to really navigate that system.
